Coronavirus Advice

The new measures which have been announced state that you should not leave your house except for the following reasons:

1. Shopping for necessities like food and medicine as infrequently as possible.
2. One form of exercise a day either alone or with people you live with only. This may include running, walking or cycling.
3. Medical needs of any kind or to provide care to a vulnerable person.
4. Travelling to and from work, only if work is necessary and absolutely cannot be done at home.

New rules on the lockdown.

If you are unwell and need advice use the 111 coronavirus service.
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Call 111 if you need to speak to someone.
