The Forum’s Annual General Meeting is held in September or October every year and is an open meeting for members to attend, however non-members are welcome too. The meeting agenda and draft minutes from the previous year, along with the Chairperson’s Annual Report will be sent out in the Forum magazine, giving at least 3 weeks’ notice. The Annual Statement of Accounts will be made available to members on arrival.
AGM 2020 – Covid-19
Our 2020 AGM has been cancelled due to the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, and in line with Charity Commission guidelines. The Chairperson’s Annual Report was published in the October Forum magazine and the Annual Statment of Accounts April 2019 – March 2021 will be sent out to members on email.
