Senior Social @The Wakes
Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 virus, Senior Social sessions have been cancelled until further notice.
If you have booked, please contact The Wakes. You may request a refund or hold your ticket until the event is re-scheduled.
Thursdays 1.30pm – 3.00pm (film sessions may finish later)
All activities come with complimentary tea & coffee.
The sessions are popular, so please book for all activites. Early booking is advised for film afternoons, lunches and trips.

A low impact gentle exercise session which is fun and a great way to keep fit and meet new friends. It offers 45 minutes of exercises to 60s and 70s music, all abilities welcome and exercises adapted where needed.
Tuesdays 1pm – 2pm
Also open to adults who cannot access mainstream activities because of a disability or health problem. If you have any queries regarding the session, please contact us.
Everyone can enjoy their first session free, followed by a charge of £2.50 per session. Exercise session led by Sarah Gamble-Warner. Free parking available and close to Oakengates Bus Station.
Senior Social and Seated Exercise sessions are organised by the Senior Citizens Forum in partnership with Oakengates Town Council.
